RouTecs team holds together above 100 years of experience in Material Handling and Automations. We are using our know-how from many installations, process flow, production types, working methods in our review of a new or existing facility. Product flow concept design
As in RouTecs, we see and involved in many different installations, possibilities, new technologies, and methods. Our design always brings unique, out-of-the-box solutions while using the most advanced and cost elective hardware available.
Mechanical detailed design
Once the concept ready and agreed, we will go for a detailed design. In RouTecs we are using the most advanced software platforms to build and verify high complete production documents. It’s all allowed to make sure that’s all parts arrived on-site will fully fit for easy and short installation.
Electrical and Control design
Together with Mechanical detailed design, we are creating a comprehensive electrical and control layout. This part reviews the whole sensors and actuators of the plant to support the PLC configuration, together with high detailed modular equipment control design and interfaces to the IT systems.
Installation and Commissioning
A good design helps to shorten the installation time, and adaptation needs to be made on site. Years of experience and use of modular software architecture, allowed as to cut done the time of installation and power up.
Support and Service
At RouTecs the Installation and Commissioning is never the end of our partnership. RouTecs engineers are always available for any request, support, consulting, maintenance, and breakdowns when it happens.
