Multi Shuttles technology

In RouTecs, we use Shuttles technology for store and pickup totes. Shuttle systems are highly dynamic systems for automatically store and retrieve cases, totes, or trays in storage with 1-deep or 2-deep. A shuttle storage system can be built as a stand-alone unit for small-mid systems or integrated within the full logistics system.
The shuttle storage system enables design for the required performance with maximum utilization of the space. The secure system investment with future growth capability in both storage and production performance, by adding shelves and/or additional Shuttles.

Cranes

Cranes are the heart of an automated pallet warehouse for a store and pick up pallets. Pallet crans are machines for automated material handling of load like pallets. The Cranes travels along the warehouse aisles and use a forklift for pickup and store pallets. A central software system fully controls the automated cranes without human involvement, while semi-automated use human interface. The range and the size of the cranes adapt to the needs of the warehouse in terms of load capacity, dimensions, building height, and cycle times.
